2. Data we may process
When you contact us, we may process your name, business email, company, area of interest, message and subsequent correspondence. Website and infrastructure providers may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser/device information, requested URL, date and security logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use contact data to respond to enquiries and take requested pre-contractual steps; to manage legitimate business relationships and protect our systems; and to comply with legal obligations. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, we balance those interests against your rights. Any future optional marketing will require a separate lawful basis and a clear opt-out.
4. Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to authorised ANTBUL personnel and service providers needed for hosting, email, security and Microsoft 365 business administration, subject to appropriate contractual and confidentiality safeguards. Data may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. If data is transferred outside the EEA, an applicable adequacy decision or another valid GDPR safeguard will be used.
5. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an active relationship are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact. Contractual, accounting, legal or dispute records are retained for the relevant statutory period or while a claim may be established, exercised or defended. Technical logs are retained only for the period reasonably required for security and service operation.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing; you may also withdraw consent where consent is used. We may request reasonable verification before acting on a request.
7. Complaints and automated decisions
No solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect is used through this website. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, Bulgaria, or through cpdp.bg.
8. Updates
We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
